The Technical Meeting in the context of the MAST project was held in Ta’ Xbiex (Malta) on 12th of November 2021.
All the project consortium members (EILD, MACCT, UMNAGRI, UPO, A.O.R.A.D.R.C.S.) were present.
During the meeting the following topics were discussed:

The progress that was made on behalf of EILD in all the project’s Work Packages and the numerical indicators that must be achieved,

The progress that was made on behalf of UPO in the Work Packages 3 and 4 (attraction of users, feedback and comments on the methodology that was followed, as well as the strategy for obtaining project ideas),

The second version of the platform that was presented by MACCT (Work Packages 5 and 6), and the ideas for the template for coaching service,
-
The preparation of the template list of stakeholders engaged from all the consortium parties in December (Work Package 7, UMNAGRI),
-
The roadmap for action for material provision to external stakeholders that have to be distributed from all the consortium members (Work Package 8, A.O.R.A.D.R.C.S.),

The dissemination material and the way to keep track of dissemination activities for reporting (Work Package 9, UPO),
-
The Mid Term Report and the work that was done so far from everyone and roadmaps for pending actions,

The upcoming actions of the following three months.
